ALC Q3 2021: Plueger claims ‘lease rates rising for new aircraft types’
ALC CEO John Plueger stated in the lessor’s Q3 2021 earnings call that single-aisle lease rates are “rising” due to “strong” demand for narrowbody aircraft and a lack of supply. The lessor chief stated demand is particularly high for Airbus A320neos and A321neos, with lease rates “above pre-pandemic levels.”
