Hudson files lawsuit against Ares and Wilmington for conducting “sham” aircraft auction

EETC investors Hudson Structured Capital Management (Hudson) and CarVal Investors (CarVal) are suing Ares Management and Wilmington Trust, for an alleged “sham” auction of 10 Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
