New airline state aid remains low, Air France-KLM repays $1bn of state support

Ishka estimates that as of 22nd November 2022 governments have introduced $212.7 billion in assistance measures for air carriers globally, including sectoral package and airline-specific bailouts. Unconfirmed reports and allocations deemed likely suggest the tally could increase to $223.02 billion.
