Fund watch: Engine lessor Willis launches new asset management arm
The first new fund announced in 2026 is for engine lessor Willis Lease under its new asset management division, Willis Aviation Capital (WAC). The $1 billion partnership with Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI) aims to deploy over $1 billon in the next two years in current and next generation aircraft engines and select aircraft.
