M&A: PacLife sells ACG to Tokyo Century Leasing

Pacific Life Insurance Company (PacLife) has agreed to sell its remaining shares in Californian aircraft lessor Aviation Capital Group’s (ACG) to Tokyo Century Corporation in a deal worth approximately $3 billion.
